Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Zeni (adcrewz.com), a service run by Buzz Crew Marketing LLP (LLPIN ACZ-4908), No. 2, 7th Cross, Cox Town, Fraser Town, Bengaluru 560005, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. What Zeni does

Zeni is an AI assistant that helps you plan, create and manage ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. It can read your website and connected accounts, suggest campaigns, make ad creatives and create campaigns in your ad accounts.

2. You stay in control

• Zeni creates every campaign as PAUSED. Nothing goes live and no money is spent until you approve it.
• You are responsible for the ads you approve, including their text, images, offers, targeting and budgets.
• Your ads must follow the law and the advertising policies of Meta and Google. Zeni may refuse to create ads it believes break those rules.

3. Your accounts

• You must be at least 18 and have the right to use any ad account, Page, store or website you connect.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can disconnect Meta, Google or Shopify at any time in Settings.

4. Ad spend is separate

Money you spend on ads is charged by Meta or Google directly to your payment method with them. We never hold or pay your ad spend, and we can't refund it.

5. Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Credits are used for creative jobs (images, cutouts, videos, lip-sync). Chat and campaign planning do not use credits.
• Plan credits reset each month and don't roll over. Top-up credits don't expire.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the seller of record and handles taxes. Prices are shown before you pay.

6. AI results

Zeni uses AI. Its suggestions, copy, images and videos can contain mistakes. Please review everything before you approve it. We don't guarantee any particular result, such as leads, sales or return on ad spend.

7. Faces, voices and content you upload

• Only upload photos, videos, logos, product images and voices you own or have permission to use.
• The lip-sync feature may only be used with your own face, or with someone who has given you clear written permission. Never use it to impersonate anyone.
• You keep ownership of what you upload and of the ads made for you. You give us permission to use it only to run the service for you.

8. Not allowed

Using Zeni for illegal products or services, misleading or false claims, hate, adult content, impersonation, spam, trying to break or overload the service, or reselling access without our written OK.

9. Ending the service

You can cancel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put our partners (Meta, Google) or other users at risk.

10. Liability

Zeni is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, ad spend, or decisions made by Meta or Google (such as ad rejections or account bans). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

12. Changes and contact
