Delete your AdCrewz account and data

1. Disconnect Meta. Sign in to AdCrewz, open Settings and disconnect your Facebook/Meta account to remove our access immediately. Disconnecting does not delete your AdCrewz account or your campaigns on Meta.
2. Send a deletion request. Email hello@adcrewz.com from the email address registered to your account. Ask us to delete your AdCrewz account and all associated data. Do not send your password or access tokens.
3. Receive confirmation. We delete your account and associated data within 7 days of receiving your request and confirm completion by email.

If you submitted a lead form

If you filled in a Facebook or Instagram lead form for a business using AdCrewz, you can ask that business to remove your information. You can also email hello@adcrewz.com with the business or ad name and the email address or phone number you used in the form so we can locate your submission. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. We remove your lead information held in AdCrewz within 7 days and confirm by email.

Data held by other services

Deletion from AdCrewz does not delete your Meta account, campaigns, or copies independently held by the business that received your lead or other platforms. Contact those parties separately to request removal of data they control.
