Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Buzz Crew Marketing LLP ("we") handles your data when you use Zeni (adcrewz.com).

1. What we collect

  • Account details: name, email, business name, country.
  • Connected accounts (only when you connect them): from Meta, your ad accounts, Pages, Pixels, campaigns, ad results and lead form leads; from Google Ads, your ad accounts, campaigns, conversion actions and results; from Shopify, your products, prices, stock and orders summary.
  • Things you give us: your website address, chat messages, uploaded images, videos, logos and voice recordings.
  • Payment: handled by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Basic usage data: pages used, errors and device type, to keep the service working.

2. How we use it

Only to run Zeni for you: to plan campaigns, make creatives, create paused campaigns, show your results and leads, send you alerts, bill you, and keep the service safe. We do not sell your data and do not use it for our own advertising.

3. Google user data (Limited Use)

Zeni's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Ads data only to provide the features you see in Zeni. We do not use it to train general AI models, do not sell it, and people at our company can't read it except with your permission, for security, or when the law requires.

4. Meta data

Data from Meta is used only to manage your ads and leads inside Zeni, following Meta's Platform Terms. It is not sold or shared with data brokers.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our public pages (home and waitlist) use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to measure our own ads: page visits and successful waitlist signups (no email or name is sent to Meta). Meta may use this to measure and optimise our ads. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland it only runs after you click Accept; elsewhere it runs unless you click Reject. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page.

5. Service providers we use

We share data only with providers that help run Zeni, under contracts that protect it:

  • Anthropic (AI models)
  • Lovable / Supabase (app hosting and database)
  • Render and Modal (our servers for image, video and website processing)
  • fal.ai (image and video generation)
  • Apify (public competitor ad research)
  • Our payment partner (billing and taxes)

Some of these are outside India, so your data may be processed in other countries with suitable safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

While your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (like invoices).

7. Your rights

You can see, correct, download or delete your data, and withdraw consent by disconnecting an account. These rights apply under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the GDPR for users in the EU/UK. Email support@adcrewz.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

8. Data deletion

To delete your data:

  1. In Zeni, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or
  2. Email support@adcrewz.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my data".

To remove only Meta or Google access, disconnect it in Settings, or remove Zeni from your Facebook settings (Apps and websites) or your Google Account (Third-party connections). All data received from that platform is deleted within 30 days.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access tokens are stored securely, and access is limited to what's needed to run the service.

10. Children

Zeni is not for anyone under 18.
