Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with 60 credits. No payment is taken during the trial.
Cancelling
You can cancel your plan any time in Settings → Plan & billing. You keep access and your remaining plan credits until the end of the period you paid for. You won't be charged again.
Refunds on subscriptions
- If you're not happy with your first paid month, ask within 7 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full, as long as you've used fewer than 50 credits.
- After that, payments for the current month aren't refunded, but you can cancel to stop future payments.
Top-up credits
Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already used can't be refunded.
Failed jobs
If an image, video or other creative job fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Ad spend
Money spent on Meta or Google ads is paid directly to them, not to us, so we can't refund it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, usually within 5–10 working days.
